Once you have your selection you add it to the cart and proceed through the check out process. You will need a valid credit card, your contact information and a delivery address. That's it! Freight shipping will add to the cost of your order, so to maximize your savings we'll have your order shipped from the closest supplier to you.
WHAT IF I DON'T ORDER ENOUGH MATERIAL?
We have provided some quick tips on accounting for the correct amount of materials you’ll need for your project. Careful measurements will help avoid significant shortage or overage in your ordering. A small amount of material should be leftover at the end of your project and these extra pieces can be used to replace tiles, which might become damaged in the future.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
Our minimum return policy is 4 or more cartons – full cartons only. There will be a 25% restock charge and the customer is responsible for freight back to the distribution point.
WHAT ABOUT RECEIVING DAMAGED GOODS?
When your order arrives, inspect it thoroughly; Make sure it is the tile you’ve ordered and that it is in good condition when it arrives. Unfortunately, a few broken tiles can be expected anytime, so order accordingly

Be aware that the color your seeing on your computer may be different than the actual tile color. Your computer’s monitor may not be accurately displaying the true color of the tile. HOW DO I KNOW WHICH TILE WILL WORK BEST FOR MY PROJECT?
All of the tile on this site has notes on recommended usage. Tile will be labeled for usage on the floor or the wall, or indoor or outdoor. Please note – Floor tile can be used on the wall, but wall tile cannot be be installed on the floor. And likewise, indoor tile should not be used outside, but tile labeled outdoor can be installed inside. All of the manufacturers appearing on this website have information on their own websites detailing each tile's individual tolerances. When in doubt, please consult these resources.
