We now have a new line of instant, dry sauce mixes.  By just whisking 1 package into 1 1/2 cups of water and heating you will have a sensational sauce, ready to use on your favorite cooked items. Besides the ultra high-quality of our mixes, they are designed so that a wide variety of easy, personal variations can be created by simply adding an ingredient like a 1/4 cup of  wine, or a touch of butter, an ounce of cream or a bit of goat cheese, shallots, mushrooms or capers, etc. There are four varieties; beef, poultry, pork, fish / seafood.  Recipes will be on our website by March. They are truly exceptional, and will save you so much time in the kitchen. When you serve these superb sauces people will be wondering what culinary school you attended !
